HRM examines strategic planning for an organization
and the role of the human resources (HR) department in its strategic plans. The
course defines human resource management and human capital and describes how
human resource management and employees can be core competencies for organization.it
is the strategic approach to nurturing and supporting employees and ensuring a
positive workplace environment. Here students learn about the employee
relations, including how to lead negotiations, manage grievances, deal with
strikes and lockouts, and stay within the bounds of the law when working with
unions, employees, managers, and government officials .This course helps students to study and get the
knowledge and principles that are required to handle the human resources of the
company.
